Is this a spaghetti worm?

this video was my attempt at learning a video editor for the first time as well.... but definitely should detailed enough to get an ID. One person said it was a spaghetti worm, just looking for a confirmation.

I think that they really do no harm to the reef. If anything they clean the substrate and rocks of some debris when they pop out and feed.

Their good scavengers for excess food in your tank... I've got a bunch of them.
