Is this a Townsend?

Really love the look of this beauty? Anyone know where this fish would of been collected? Thanks. T

It does look like a townsend to me (which is a hybrid between Holacanthus bermudensis and H. ciliaris). I have seen a few of them at the east Florida coast, and a lot in Bermuda, but I don't think collecting in allowed in Bermuda. Should be easy to get them in Florida though.

U can get bermudensis/ciliaris quite easily down in our parts from many many vendors.

Attitude fish for sure.

Wow! That is some kinda sponge growth! And a pretty fish to boot.

LOL. Second one must be Gulf of Mexico! Crazy sponge growth on rock ledges and artificial reefs there.
And yes, that is a Queen/Blue hybrid=Townsends. But I must say I've seen some prettier ones. That second fish was a looker, for example.
