Is this adequate lighting for SPS?

I have a 72-gallon bowfront, 48" long and 22" deep. I have a T5HO 4x54w fixture and a PC 2x55w fixture for a total of 326 watts. In the T5 I have two actinic blue bulbs, a 10,000k daylight and a 75.25, all from UVL, and in the PC fixture I have two 50.50 daylight white/actinic blue bulbs.

That is a little over 4.5 watts per gallon and so I'm wondering if this is sufficient to keep SPS corals with good color and growth?

The T5 does have individual reflectors - not sure how I can better describe the bulbs than I did above, UVL bulbs, 2 actinic blue, 1 10,000k daylight and 1 75.25 14,000k. The PC fixture has 50-50 daylight white/actinic blue bulbs.

In addition to the above, how tall is your rock? Watts per gallon isn't a great rule to go by.

My upper rock is probably 10" - 12" below water level, and 14" - 16" below the lights.

I would recommend getting rid of the actinics in the t5 fixture an putting some blue plus or daylight bulbs. I would use the pc light for my actinics, if they are needed

I see you are using a sundial fixture. If I remember correctly those fixtures were close to the original Tec lights in terms of par given the same bulbs which should be enough for SPS.
