Is This An Anemone Bowl Movement?

So I've had this LTA for a couple days now, clowns still show no interest in it. I've done a lot of reading about anemones and their temperamental ways. I remember reading that if its going potty, that it is a good sign of a healthy anemone. When the lights come on this morning this little guy had this coming out of him. Just wanted to make sure that it is what I think it is. Thanks for the help.

Not uncommon for a new anemone to kick out a packet or two of zooaxilla, the algae that helps feed the anemone. This is due to it adjusting to the light, or stress from shipping.

So if it is zooaxilla do I need to add some more screen above it? I currently have two 150 w MH (1400) above the tank with a little bit of screen over the LTA to block some off it. The LTA is also currently in the middle of the tank on the bottom down in the sand. So there is no light directly over it.

If its mouth is tight and it seems well, leave it be. I would doubt that a 150 halide could be too bright in a 150 gallon tank. It may also be adjusting from shipping in the dark etc.....

I have a 5 year old sebae anemone, and I have seen it expell waste that looks very similar quite a few times (always when the lights were out). I think it is just waste, but agree that as long as the mouth is tight and closed it is healthy.
-good luck
