Is this cyano?

I'm not a 100% sure what this is:

I've been slowing increasing my photoperiod, and this has been appearing all over the rockwork. I have some green slime algae on the sand (in areas that I know need better water movement), but this stuff on the rock doesn't look like the classic cyano, or does it?

Looks like diatoms or dinoflagellates. Good luck! We are battling them too.

It just looks like the various types of fuzzy algaes that can grow when there are no predators. Try brushing a patch with a tooth brush, I'm guessing it's the kind of stuff that practically just falls off.
