Is this enough light for a BTA?

Ok, i've had good success with my 37g FOWLR. I picked up a Cinnamon Clown today to go with my 2 green chromis, and my LFS said I should consider a BTA. I'm running 130w PCs, 1 65w 10k bulb, the other is a combination 10k/actinic. Is this enough?

Also, my water quality is excellent(RO/DI), and all parameters look good, but i'm still hesitant to try this. Thanks in advance....

If it is reasonably close to the light, it should be just enough. Feeding is important, so remember to do that as well.
