is this enough light??

i have a 180(72"x24"x28") will a 6' halide fixture with 3x150watt hqi 12k reeflux, and 4x96watt pc's be enough light for a mixed reef or should i switch it up... the light is on my 125 now and i have lps, sps, and softies with no light issues... will this light work?.... btw its a "current" fixture... thanks in advance

You'll definitely be ok to keep softies and SPS in the upper half of the tank. I would keep the lights around 6" off the water if you can.

My friend has almost the same tank. The lighting is 3 250w HQI and 6 65w pc's and he is bleaching SPS quickly. I believe your lights are enough for sps and clams.

should i go with straight atinics for the power pompacts? also though of adding a 2 bulb 48" t5 fixture with 1 10k and one of the reddish looking bulbs....?? input?? also the fuge is about 30 gallons and i want to put a dsb and marco algea down there.. will a 2x18watt pc fixture be good enough? thanks for all the input so far!:thumbsup: :thumbsup:

also will a G4 be able to handle a 180 display, 60 sump and 50 frag? total water volume apx. 240 with displacement from rocks, sand and the 50 gallon wont have all 18" of water probally 10" deep so that should shave off some gallons..... i dont want alot of fish so should i be good?
