Is this Hammer doomed, saveable, I don't know

Is this Brown Jelly? I've read about it but, Have not seen it.

This little Hammer has been in tank a couple months now. While in its first location it got bumped or shifted against the liverock. Probably those darn hermits and/or too much flow.
I left it alone there for a couple weeks as it seemed ok. Opening every day.
So a few days ago I was in the tank doing some minor cleaning/maintenance and decided to move it to a better spot. A couple days later I noticed this on the underside. (see photo)And worry it might be in trouble. That is the side that was up against the rock. Maybe some of the tenticals were damged? I'm new to corals and their conditions. I turned up the white lights for better photo viewability.
What do y'all think?

looks fine to me... fully extended and appears to be healthy, i cant really tell whats wrong

That closest tentical is turning dark brown/black and is pinched like the head is going to drop off. Like its almost dead. A few others are nearly as bad.But it's just those few. They were crushed/rubbing against the rocks.
I was thinking about going in to trim it but don't want to spread anything to the other branching hammer nearby. I'll try for a better photo asap, Probably tomorrow as the lights are down to moonlight now. Maybe I just worry too much. I'm trying to take good care of my new pets.

looks okay to me too. Fully extended and no skeleton showing. Maybe another pic will show something though

OK, I couldn't wait till morning. This pic is closer but a little grainey/blurry. You can see the head of tentical on the lower left is almost black, It's bobbing in the flow from where it is pinched like a miniture rubber band is real tight around the tentical strangeling it. Or like a long baloon twisted in half.You can see a couple others not far behind. Doing the same thing.
Now it also looks like it's starting to part as if splitting another branch, Which would be great. Thanks for looking and trying to help all.

So, Losing 3-4 tenticals is normal?

IMHO, your assessment that a couple tentacles were damaged and are necrosing seems accurate to me. If water is decent and the polyp is otherwise healthy (as it seems to be), that usually that doesn't lead to loss of the polyp.

Well, Today, It isn't looking so good, I hope this is just part of the process of splitting, But it's gone all dark and shrunken up...

Thanks Karimwassef, There's still a lot for me to learn about corals. This just seemed to happen so fast after I moved it. But it was probably already on its way. I'll just let it be and see what develops.

+1 splitting, sometimes a little stress causes them to split, at least thats the way with my anemones
