Seems like it.... Best to remove carbon from the system, check for stay voltage and most of all water quality needs to be perfect, Feed them nori and high protien foods and mix selcon or fish vitamins to heal back. Most of these practices will heal them back to 90-95% but not fully. you might still be able to see some scars left. Good luck
