Is this normal?

I have had my tank set up for over a month now and have this thin hair algae growing everywhere. I started the tank with rodi water, i use reef crystals, have 50lbs dry marcos rock, and run carbon and phosban. I did however add a couple large live rocks from my previous tank. I have had hair algae before but this stuff seems different... its thin and green brown. It has been over 4 years since I had to cycle a tank... so I dont really remember if this stuff is just part of the new tank package.

Any ideas?

It might go away on its own. I'd probably give it some time. I've seen similar blooms come and go in my tanks, although I might have been lucky.
