Is this odd? or normal

I just purchased a beautiful GBTA last night - He's about the size of a softball. I put him in the tank after dripping him for three hours. I was told to place him an area of current and see where he wound up.

He started out on the sandbed but quickly moved to the base of my rocks. This evening he's in the far recesses of a cave - about the least lit spot in my tank! Will he move out to the light or will I have to worry about him.

if he likes it there, thats where he'll stay. if he puffs up everyday and eats like normal then you dont need to worry about him.

Very typical behavior. No need to worry. It may take a few days for him to get used to the tank and start to open up. Just be sure to keep your water quality stable.

I wish I could even see if he's doing ok. He's so far back in the cave that I can just barely see that he's even in there!
