Is this the dreaded "rat poop"?

It is, but I don't dreaded it. They bleached a little but will regain their color once healthy and into DT.

That actually doesn't look that bad. When the nem is really sick, the brown "poop" look more like hard pellets.

I don't dread it either, I was just curious if anyone thought it looked like the "rat poop" from bleaching. I tried multiple LED flood lights, and found this bulb to be the best. I added some Philips 19 watt (120 watt equivalent) 5K Home Depot LED spot lights ($33ish) to the anemone's a couple weeks ago, and they have responded really well to them. I came home to a bunch of that stuff floating all over the tank, and I mean a lot of it. They're dimmable too. I've only been using the extra lights for a few weeks, but so far, they've reacted very positive, aside from a huge discharge.
