Is this the right formalin?

Looking for 37% formalin as last ditch effort for my clownfish. They've got some fungus around the mouth growing fast and after a month of slow developing fungus some white spots are showing. Many suggestions that this is brook so going to treat it as such since no other meds for just mouth fungus are working. I won't need that much but I appreciate it. I hear the stuff does t store well so I'll be tossing it after and hope I never need it again
