7or8 years ago I said there is no way I will ever pay 250$ for a fishing reel there is no way it is worth that much. I know own 3 or 4 250$ fishing reels and wont buy any thing else. THEY ARE WHAT I LIKE AND I CAN AFFORD THEM. there fore if you want it and can swing the cash have funn big dady

its not always what people can afford though... there are people in every hobby/addiction/pastime/stress reliever/stress inducer that spend more money on one or more items than they can afford

I agree. I thought I was ripped off by this Japanese guy at my LFS selling a very similar looking fish who charged $4500. I bought three. I was about to go hunt him down and demand my money back, but I realized they are Alpine fish, not Clarion fish.

Wow you had me going for a second, I watched as you and I were looking for dc8's cheap, and then 3k? Nice fish though. I guarentee if had the dough it would be spent on my little piece of the reef!
