Is too long of photoperiod a concern to fish?

Hi,
Will my fish get sick or die because of too long of a photoperiod?

I return home everyday around 6:00pm, so the tank light schedule is as follow:

5:30pm to 4:30am Blue actinic
6:00pm to 4:00am 14K

The main reason for this schedule is to maximum the lights on time when I am around the tank.

The tank does not get direct sun light but it is still bright enough (window blinds already in use) to wake up all the fish around 7:00am everyday.

I can see them actively swimming around.

so I do the math and the fish is awake for almost 20 hours per day.

I don't have any issue yet but will it become a concern long term?
fish list so far
clown tang
yellow tang
tomato clown
niger trigger

Sleep deprivation is harmful to any animal that sleeps, and actually kills people...

I don't think you are around or awake most of the time the lights are on. If you get home around 6pm why not have the actinics turn on around 4-5pm with the 14K coming on around 5:30-6pm. Then have the lights gradually go out so they turn off when or shortly after you go to sleep? My lighting schedule is lights start to come on at 3pm (get home around 3:30-4pm) and start turning down at 10pm since that is when I am getting ready for be. That's how it is now at least, I'm slowly working my way to noon as when the lights come on so when I am around more on the weekends I can do some more observation, feeding, and maintenance.

Why do you need to leave your lights on so late. If you want 10 hours of light on the tank, why don't you just shift the time forward 4 hours so that the fish still get 7-8 hours of darkness

+1...20hrs of light per day, can't be good for them!
