Hi,
I bought two bottles of flatworm exit and they both had different amounts in them. I called you and you said that I had to contact Habib at Salifert. I emailed him four days ago and I haven't heard back. I went ahead and treated with the bottle that had more of it in there. So according to the directions you should use one drop per gallon. The packaging also states that the bottle is enough to treat about 300 gal. I concluded that there should be about 300 drops in the bottle. Well after treating my 180 gal tank and my 150 gal tank I don't think that is very accurate. The first bottle (the one with more in it) had 210 drops. The second had 146 drops. It's not like this stuff is cheap. You would think they could make it so each bottle had the same amount in it. I also have a 120 gal tank that I figured I would be able to treat since all three tanks come to 450 gal and two bottles treat 600 gal. Now I could see if the droppers weren't very accurate and maybe one bottle had bigger drops but they clearly had different amounts in them from the start. What should I do here? Try to contact Habib again?
FYI the batch # on the bottles is 1007A
Thank you
