Regarding order #A2609304 and N8713949-1
I have recently made several orders from dr foster and live aquaria to set up my new nanocube 24dx.Most was ok. I recieved a broken digital thermometer which I'll discuss in the proper forum. What really upsets me is my order from Live Auaria. I called and talked to Tina to be sure of what I would be recieving. She assured me that even though there would be "some small pieces I would recieve plenty of mid size pieces as well. I thought that would be fine for building the aquascape and ordered the nano pack to be shipped overnight and with Saturday delivery.
I have everything ready with tank; live sand, water, new pump and heater (broken coralife thermomometer) when the live rock arrives. Unfortunatley it was not what I was told I would recieve. There were NO large or medium pieces. It was ALL rubble no bigger than about 2"-3" except for a few branch/finger pieces of rock which are of little use as a base to build my aquascape. If this was for a fuge it would be fine or at least if I was told when I called I could have gotten something else.
This was to be my first of many orders with live aquaria since I had heard so many good things about you. Instead I spent money on something that was of no use to me after being misinformed by your customer service. I hope something can be done about this since I would like to order from you in the future. Sorry but as of now I am extremy dissapointed.
