Issues catching clownfish?

I saw the thread at the top saying how to catch clownfish. I sort of find that funny because the pair of clowns that I have eat right out of my hand and they come to my hand while im fixing a coral that they knocked over from there domination patterns and the clownfish will rub up on my hand and I can just scoop them right up. Its so unbelievable but so cool at the same time.

Am I just super lucky or has anyone had clownfish to do this before?

My clown used to bite me. It fake charges my hand when I go to their corner and wants nothing to do with me lol. It does run up to my hand when I have food.

Well that is great if you have had clowns for a while and they happen to be cool.
Clownfish in general are pretty easy to catch because they are such sound sleepers, so easy to catch at night.
I have scooped them w/ my hand at night, placed in a cup, and waited a minute or two to watch them wake up not having a clue what just happened or where they are, pretty funny really.

But I think its pretty cool when they eat out of your hand and they swim up to your hand. I only know of a few fish that I have heard do that.

My female clown (perc) will let me pick her up. My little male...no way. He's not having any of that. My female was single for seven years though so not sure if that makes a difference.

Males are insecure. (that is not a lounge comment, by the way)
