Issues With 12k Reeflux

recieved my lamp today but it won't fire.
400 w m59 PFO PROBE.
anyone else experience this?? and what did you do.

I run the Reeflux 12k and it fires reliably on CV e-ballast and PFO HQI. Sorry I can't be more help.

I think I found the issue. there seems to be lack of metal were the tab is supposed to contact from the mogul. its almost indented, very flat.

is use the reeflux on cv's e-ballast. Works great. coralvue has great customer support.

I baught a vho ballest off ebay, it blew up, 3 months later the ebay seller no longer sells them, i don't know were my ballast is.... so I email them. Today is saturday and I got a response from them. the new ballast will be on the way tues.
