It Was Nice To Meet You!

RIP Sebastian

Hello there PMAS,

My name is Nick. I met a member at The Reef Gallery the other day (I'm the kid with the one-legged mom) and I just wanted to say that was nice to meet you. I will definitely consider joining once marching season is over!

Cheers,

Nick

That was Greg Swiech. I know because when I showed up he was sitting there BSing with people. I hope that you will come join us at a meeting sometime. We try to post upcoming events on the forums and Facebook. We also have a new website that you can sign up for our newsletter to stay informed at www.pmasi.com

Dawn,
How are you? It's been too long.

Hi Jaime, Hey, you are right, it has been too long. I have been wanting to make the meeting but just have been very busy. Sadly I wont make Oct's either because Dave and I are going to Louisiana to help out the flood victims. Maybe December I can make it.

I am upgrading my seahorse tank however to a 56 gallon column tank. I lost my male seahorse because I foolishly added sand from another tank. (I was trying to add bio-diversity to fight cyano). Anyway that got me thinking about keeping seahorses in a bare bottom tank, (many keepers recommend that for husbandry reasons). I should post a few pics of my progress.

Dawn if you need help - just ask.

Thanks Ted, I appreciate it. This should be pretty easy as now that the tank is painted, (floor and back glass) its pretty much just a transfer from one tank to the other. The only tricky thing is it must be done simultaneously since the new tank is going where the old tank is, ha ha! I just need lots of buckets, (which I have) and premade saltwater and I should be good. O yeah, and vinyl table cloths because we just got new carpet.

just so you guys know. While we don't normally have a November meeting we will be having a tank tour and deserts on nov. 19th in Irwin PA. Information on all upcoming meetings can be found on our website www.pmasi.com
