It's a miracle, aptasia and or majano gone!

This may be common knowledge for some but I am posting to confirm my findings.

I had some aptasia or majano - too lazy at the moment to look up which is which.

So all the common known to be effective remedies were not applicable to me.

Peppermint Shrimp, mystery wrasse would eat them

Copperband Butterfly, achilles tang would beat it up so sold off.

Majano Wand would do an ok job, but would make me feel jittery after each use.

Aptasia X and Majano Joe Juice or similar kinda works.

Which leaves us to the 100% way to kill them!

"Kalkwasser paste!"

Make up a batch and use a syringe for implementation.

Lay it on them and they burn away after about 15 minutes.

Be careful with use, because your PH will sky rocket.

Also note that this high concentrate of Kalk will burn anything, so be mindful as to where is lands in the tank. I have a a starburst cap frag in which has a burn hole through now.

Remember turn off your power heads.

Again this may be review for some, but for those still learning the basics maybe some helpful information.

Yes this will kill them off. Some will come back after a while though. Used that method about 8 years ago. Just stay on them when u c one or 2 pop back up.

I've been doing the same things you've mentioned as well. Kalk paste is the way to go. I still use the wand for fun sometimes too
