Ok, so the third tank arrived today, this one had a milky blemish in the bend of the glass too. I think its a manufactures defect. I cant wait any more, so this ones staying.
I picked up the stand today as well, a local cabinet shop made it for me, I think it turned out nice.
The tank is milky, but I put some rock in and Im gonna wait until tommrow to put the livestock it.
Heres some pictures of the progress.
I will add more pictures as I go.
Oh, and I modified the outlet, so theres 2 holes. The one closer to the bottom has a maxijet 1200 with the y connecter and lock line. I will put a maxi jet 600 in the top hole.

Wow that stand is AWESOME you'll have to give us the good word for those of us who might want custom cabnitry! oh, have I mentioned I can't spell? I have been looking for a place that might do something custom to display collectibles like action figures (i picked *all* of the expensive hobbies)

I can't wait to see how this tank turns out And I am glad you got a pic of your dust storm- i know its annoying and it will go away, but I always thought they were cool looking- like the actual tank is lurking in the mist ready to jump out and get ya

Thanks guys! The stand came from a cabinet shop in Debary, RCS Cabinets. I paid $80.00 for it. I got the stand originally from Drs Foster and Smith and returned it because it wasnt tall enough. Their customer service is awesome. I reaquascaped today and will be adding livestock tonite. I think alot of my pieces are goin to be too big for this tank =( I cant wait till its stable, Im dying to get to SITC to get some pretty stuff!

Ok, heres a short update.The anemone doesnt look too happy right now, I am hoping for a full reacovery. I dont have any of my small pieces it it yet, i will do that over the weekend.

~lol~ No, I dropped them all in at once and she grabbed one. (note to self, add anything smaller than the GSM to the tank in the dark and behing the rockwork)

Woke up this morning and the anemone is on the move. Now Im gonna stress all day that it gets sucked into the back.
There are days like yesterday and today that I wish I had just gotten out of this hobby!

LOL on the shrimp feeding comment, but sorry to hear it! I'm sure that scenario has happened to nearly everyone in this hobby! What's a GSM again???

As for the anemone, you could do some sort of temporary screen over the back just until the anemone stops moving around. Maybe some screen made from plastic gutter guard?

You should have seen the GSM last night the coral banded shrimp got to close to HER anemone and we thought she was going to eat him next. She is very possessive.............I will post more pictures soon!
