As the title says, I've had my mandarin for roughly 3 weeks and she's looking healthy. Does this mean that there is enough food in my 200L tank to sustain her? I also put frozen mysis shrimp in the tank every day, and some tropical fish food pellets. Haven't seen her go near it so I'm not sure if she's eating that also.

I've had mine in my 90g for about a year and don't add pods or have a fuge. There is a pretty decent self sustaining supply of pods in the DT and sump and he is fat and happy!

Fish can go for several weeks without food between being wild caught and delivered to LFS. I think a little more time is necessary.

No, you won't know until you're six months in at least.

Success with a mandarin is normally considered one year. The "guideline" is a mature 75 gallon tank or larger with no copepod competitors. A producing refugium somewhat diminishes the 75 gallon "guideline"
