Hey there all,
I'm about to make a trip there to Jacksonville and was hopeing to pick up a few items that I can't get here in central Kansas without paying an arm and a leg for. I'm interested in Zoo's, Ricordia, SPS, gargionias. I'm looking for name/addresses of the best stores to go to while there. Or if there are individuals who would be interested in selling afew items let me know. Any and all info will be very welcome. Thanks!

I agree with mike bio reef is a great place I havent been to robs reef yet but I also have good luck at ocean reef out at the beaches both places hooked me up with some great frags today big frags small prices hope I could be some help .....

Sounds great. Thanks for the input guys. Also just wondering what are standard frag prices around there. Just wondering if I'm being closer to the ocean the prices are better. Here for a ric or gargonia even a small one is $45 min and go up from there. I'm guessing that most of the cost tho is shipping. Specificaly looking for nice looking Rics, i.e. not the standard orange and/or greens. Purple Rods (gargoinias). Looking for Olive snails (never seem to find them around here). Fancy zoo's, SPS, etc.

When do you plan to be here & would you be interested in any mushrooms or Xeina? ......FYI, Don't bother going to Aqua Zoo! If you do happen to go to Rob's Reef, you need to check out Danco Fishtails.

I plan on flying in on the 29th and I'm driving out on the 31st. I'm driving a moving truck back and already have an inverter set up so that I can keep a heater and bubbler going in the tank while we are on the road. I'm not sure if zeina would make it or not (I've heard it can be very sensitive to moves), but yes I'd love some if you think it would survive. Now the mushrooms I would think would make it without a problem they seem pretty hardy. I have a few types of mushrooms (green fussy, purple, rust with light blue pokadots) but if you have something that I don't have I'd deffinatly be interested. If you have a photo i'd love to see them.

Does Robs reef sell corals? I looked at the website and it sort of looks like it's all sold thru insanereef.com It's about 30 mins from where i'm going to be but if it's worth the trip i'll drive on over and check it out. Thanks!
