Without looking to much like a noob what is it a picture of? very colorful!! What kind of camera do you use reefbass??

Thanks both. That is a macro shot of one polyp of a green acan. It uses those tentacles to capture food such as mysis shrimp and then to move it into its mouth that is slightly open there. I took the picture with a Canon EOS 50D and Canon 100mm macro lens.

Killer pic man! I asked for a Nikon D50 for my birthday one year, so I could do the neat stuff only an SLR is capable of. I pretty much keep it on full auto. It's been too long since photo class
