Japan Quake/Tsunami

Lots of people need our Prayers this morning as there has been a massive Earthquake in Japan with a huge Tsunami. It will also effect Alaska and Hawaii
they are reporting.

Thanks Bill and everyone else with curtious comments about the situation! I have a lot of family in Hawaii. I will be checking with them to see how things are and I will update info as I retrieve it.
 
I read that before the waves hit hawaii, the water in Diamondhead Reef had receded so far that you could see the actual reef.
 
One of our programmers is in Hawaii. I spoke with him earlier and it's business as usual on the big island, some damage to the shoreline but all is well in his neighborhood, and you can see the beach from his house. Water was up 8-11 feet in some areas.

Japan looks like a war zone.
 
Dang I am so sorry to hear that cause some of the worst thing in a Tsunami situation after the initial damage is the contamination of the drinking water and outbreaks of cholera I will keep them in my thoughts.
 
This may seem trivial but my Wife is in Intensive care with a Collapsed Lung and pneumonia with test being done to see if there are any other serious issues involved with her Illness. All Prayers are welcomed!

Prayers are obviously with those in Japan, and other Pacific islands, today. Prayers are also with you and your wife Bill. Very sorry to hear

Prayers Bill, my Brother in Law and his wife are outside of Tokyo
they are fine but the roof at work fell down and they had fun getting out
thank God no one was hurt
 
Sorry to hear that bill, praying for a speedy recovery for your wife. If you need any help with anything i would be glad to help.
 
If the Members would like to make a group Donation from the Club I will bring this up at the Meeting any anyone who has an opinion on this matter just post here if you think this is a good thing to do as a club.
Also My Wife was moved from Intensive care to Critical care and they have found some Issues like Mercer and a Mass on her thyroid that they will be taking a biopsy of today.
She is still very sick and can't keep food down but her lung is back to functioning again and we are waiting for test results.
Thanks to all those who have asked and prayed for her at this time.

Maybe we could find a Japanese Aquarium (like our Tennesse Aquarium in Chatanooga) or a Reef Society that protects reefs or something like that we could donate to as a club?

Can't even fathom what the people in Japan are going through.
