no its just that a group buy is supposed to save money.. as it right now with us using reefgeek as the supplier we will be spending more money than if we to buy from that websight. The guy who started the thread needs to post again and say if reefgeek will beat the prices from that websight i posted. If not ill ask.. i dont want to take over someones else thread though...

As of now even if we have 100 people buy in this group buy the cost of the chiller is still more than that website, and they will ship it to our door for free!!!

i want to save money but this "group" buy is not doing that...

if people want post here and i can call the website and ask them if they will do a group buy.. i dont want to take over anothers person's thread but lets get this ball rolling...

They are cheaper on the 1HP than what we quoted but on the other ones they are not. Here again are the prices we can get the other sizes for:

1/3-$665+tax
1/4-$606+tax
1/5-$459+tax
1/10-$328+tax

no shipping charges here just a local pick up in Corona.

according to your link the prices are:

i need a 1hp commercial chiller for my tank.. reefgeek sells it for $1620 at best group buy price at 10% off thats $1458+tax + shipping or i have to pick it up

website sells the same chiller for $1399 + free delivery + no tax

tell me if i am wrong, but that is NOT cheaper?
