JBJ LED Mod ?

Hi All

Based in the uk , are any of you guys or have any of you modded a hood for led ? i want to keep it original so any ideas what units will fit in the hood .Ihave toyed with the idea of keeping the pcs and adding panoramas and a stunner for some pop , any other suggestions welcome:idea:

Check out my thread when i redid my Eco Pico arm with Cree Royal Blues and Cool Whites. Yours will be much easier to do and go with CREE LED from Rapid LED

I think steveleds has a plug and play retro that can come pre soldiered and all. It would still involve some gluing/ removal of old parts.

I have 5 ecoxotic Panorama Led's that replaced the stock lights inside my jbj hood. It's a simple procedure as long as you know how to use a dremel tool. Very happy with the setup.

I am looking at a JBJ 29g HQI.

First, is it necessary to replace the HQI with LED?

Second, are the above procedures applicable to the HQI lid?
