Are these any good for a 10 or 20 gallon long or high? I want to trade this 250w MH Icecap ballast with reflector, bulb, and mogule for something with lower wattage, so I was just wondering

I had one and returned it after a week. It was cheaply built and the ballast died on me. Will never buy a JBJ product again.
