I think we should just say the quiet part out loud and get the 1000 gallon.
Has anyone had any experience with a Marineland deep dimension tank? I know there were issues with their 300DD in the past with leaking seams, etc. My LFS said they cannot order them and do not know if Marineland will carry them again. I ask because a local to me has a 250DD at a pretty good price. Deciding if I should go with that or order a new 120 or 180. The 250DD has been sitting in his garage for a couple of years.
From what I’ve read, I’ve seen the 93 Cube, 150DD, 200 DD, and 300 DD with issues. Some say it’s the black silicone and if it has clear silicone on the bottom panels, it’s fine…I don’t know though. Apparently this is what a lot of people were seeing back in the day - Marineland Cube issues

Yea they were not great for a long time. I have not heard much anymore about them failing but I think people stay way.
120 are great size. Not too big and not too small. Decent dimension front to back. Easy to light with two lights. One of my favorite sizes.
That would be a nice tank size. I've never owned one and don't know anyone (personally) who has.Has anyone owned a Fiji Cube aquarium? They seem really well made with low iron glass. I am looking at the 142 gallon 60x24x24 tank.
So, what are you going to do about a lighting scheme since you have a mix of A1's and A1P's? Are you going to try to blend them? Did you end up with more that 3 A1P's?
No updates? Are you trying to compete with me for longest running build thread from start to water in the tank?

What lights are you using??A little update of my little ocean.... I just threw some pieces in a 20 gallon and so far they are doing good. Took a couple of phone night pictures last night through orange glasses. I will try and get some better pictures during daylight.
