Are you guys liking your jebaos? Still accurate? Heard some sketch things about these pumps.

RECENT UDATE: FishStreets says they are releasing Version 2.0 of this pump

Can these dosers be connected to a reef keeper to shut the pump off in case of an electrical outage?

I read it in EnderTurtle post/thread at the top of this page. There was suppose to be a 2nd gen that was to be released in June.

Best thing to do is test it for couple of weeks...i bought one last week, set it up, mock dosing for two weeks..im planning to run it on a timer since it keeps the settings..just in case

Thanks I ran all pumps dosing top off water for 3 says all is well so far.i also am using small amount container for my dosing with having 250 gal of water a mess up would not crash tank.i hope anyway

through email i spoke with a person with Fish-Street.... according to them they are the only ones with the version 2 right now that came out in June. He said the version 2 had some updates which corrected an issue with air bubbles as well as some issues where the doser couldnt keep primed or pull up solution if the solution containers where below the doser, he said that is fixed with version 2.....

i dont think you can get an update if you already have one. You have to buy the new one. I just ordered it from Fish-Street so will advise once i recieve.

Want to use Jebao DP for Kalkwasser and was wondering if its possible to program a 4 hour pause while letting calcium settle ( say 5 pm to 9 pm ) every day?

I want to have a PH controller shut off when Ph reaches a set value does anyone know how long the built in memory last?

Did anyone get the jebao dp4 bracket (the holder)? I got it with mine and cannot figure out what the extra pieces and plastic screws are for???

as above, im ordering mine soon! replacing marine magic. i could use the extra 1 doser, and apparently it will continue dosing afterwards if there is a power cut off. for marine magic, you will have to see time on the pump before selecting timer mode.

No problem. You tell it how many doses per day, then give it both a time and amount for each individual dose.

This could be a silly question, but what is the network cable port at the back for? Is it used to connect a slave to?

i bought mine from fish street, i also got the holder bracket and they included the tube holder. i think it was 110 for the package and shipping was like 15 bucks or so. i did find a coupon code online that took 5% off so it was a little less. I got the doser in 5 days and the rest about 4 days later.
I have not set up yet and i am also confused about the bracket holder. not sure how to put it together. if anyone has please advise.

after using for sometime, it worked well for me, Don't expect it to perform like Vertex or GHL, But it does not lose out to other cheaper brand of dosers. If you do not wish to spend on high end dosers, get the jebao and simply just change once a year to be safe.

you havent posted since dec. 2014 what is you take on this doser now?
Im really thinking about purchasing one in have a magus doser just dont have the $ to get me another just yet and im using it for cal. alk. and vinegar so heads all used up and want a doser now for mag. corals are starting to us it more now that they are growing out and want to extra heads for anything else i may need.

I am actually going to do it this week or weekend. Tank has been set up 2 or 3 weeks now and i was out of town last week so I am ready to do it now. I will advise once i get it running.

The only thing i still am not sure about is how to put the bracket together???? It comes with a few pieces and plastic screws and no directions. no idea what the pieces and plastic screws are for. If i can figure it out im just going to use regular screws and screw it into the inside of the stand.

I just used regular screws and washers. Didn't use any of the additional plastic pieces for the bracket.
