Hi guys love the info here, as I just ordered mine tonight.
Now I wait....
I'm having trouble finding those threads or links showing how and what's needed for simple no cost reservoirs. Like gallon jugs with a hole in the cap and some extra tubing.
Can you please help out? Thanks ~ Tony

I use empty vinegar jugs.I like the half gal.jugs.Works great. As for my unit, It works great as well.
ReefTankHunter how long have you had your unit? And have you ever experienced any issues with the unit during a lighting/thunderstorm when the power goes out from the storms?
Lol, interesting idea with the skim removal! Lol, honestly,I may try it when I have a few minutes to play around.. Though, my only problem would be the gunk may clog it up..Thinking about this unit especially in light of the "new version being released" alternative is a bubble magnus I guess but the price on this is crazy low and I would like to have the extra channel as I want to dose CA, ALK, MG and have this crazy idea to try to use the extra channel to pull skimmate out of my cup. Anyone order and receive the new version?

I hear you loud and clear. My skimmer collection cop is damn near impossible also. The line is so thin on these. Though, I'm pushing a concentrated kalk through it fine. But skim gets really chunky fast. But at the same time,I have been successfully pulling mine with an airline for months on end once a week. However, that line comes off every time, with the suction being started with a bulb..That's what i'm worried about as well, its just that my skimmer cup is relatively difficult to remove and though its not really a problem for me I worry about it when i'm out of town and have other people looking after my tank. With a gravity drain I worry that if for some reason my skimmer overflowed the container would overflow. This could prevent it. Anyway looks like I'm going to order one so will give my impressions when it gets set up.
Best thing to do is test it for couple of weeks...i bought one last week, set it up, mock dosing for two weeks..im planning to run it on a timer since it keeps the settings..just in caseI Just ordered one of these from Amazon.. I am a but worried as its a open box unit..But at least amazon is easy to send back to
Are you guys liking your jebaos? Still accurate? Heard some sketch things about these pumps.
