Jebao WP25 Information

OK. I take back all my post. I did see that video, I just have a terrible time linking screen names with posts that I've read.

Very impressive.

seems to be a troll to me...i would love to see a video of 2 40's on a 10 gallon

Wow, I didn't think that was intended for me. No hard feelings though. However I've never been called a troll before, so that's a first. For those that defended me, thanks for all the kind words.

As for my video, I didn't post anything in this thread because my thread is more of a DIY and this thread is talking about the pumps themselves. Someone posted my video link here and because I've been following this thread since its inception I had to chime in saying it was my video.

After that I was overwhelmed with PM's asking about that video and how to make one. I replied to everyone and made a promise to link my findings on this thread when I was done.

Hopefully some of you can take advantage of it and make use of the information. For others it's something you can keep in your "œtool box" just in case someone complains that these pumps are too powerful.

Finally, normally I wouldn't post a video of the 2 pumps in the tank because there's really no merit to it except to prove that it has been done. But maybe for fun and if I have time I will provide a quick video. If anything, at least you can see the green tint to the water from 24 hours of running both pumps in the tank.

If you knew Jimmy, then you would know he is a master at DIY. Perhaps it would be a good idea to take a look at the thread he linked, it does an excellent job of describing what he did.

Jimmy invented a better way to control the vortec pumps so that it didn't use any moving parts on the dry side. That way the dry side would never go bad. Rumor has it that the company bought it.

He had videos of it in the DIY section and after about 2 weeks it was removed.

This guy knows what he's doing!!!!

Thanks moondogg.

Here's a video. Both pumps are set to else mode and they are turned all the way down.

Now lets get this thread back on track...

hey i wasn't trying to offend you when i suggested trolling. it is obvious that you know what you are doing. i was simply being sarcastic. cool mod! i will definitely have to check out some of your other DIY stuff!

Sorry, I misread your post. I thought you were asking best price.

Most people ARE buying from Fish-Street. If not there from group buys.

Nice! Are those tunzes next to the 25? Are they on a controller? How do you like the 25 in comparison?

yup, tunze, not on controller. they were off for the test, as a matter of fact, i took one out already and moved the wp25 more towards the back wall. for the test i had it at full blast, now i actually run between Else and W1 at 50%, it has tons of flow. i'm ordering 2 wp60 for my 360
