Jebao WP25 Information

I always soak any new aquarium item in water and vinegar, well at least the items that can. I never had an issue with the water turning brown with these pumps yet, i only heard of that one other inncodent.

Pickling vinegar is 9% acidity, it is all I use and have been for many years. I have used it straight on virtually every piece of equipment in my tank. It wasn't the vinegar, I have no idea what it is, but the vinegar is not the problem.

I'm sure 4% more would not harm anything also just an isolated case he never followed up. Nothing I would worry about.

I dont know if its been posted or not but one thing I realized last night is that the controller will not remember the last setting it was on when your power goes out. Woke up to my wp25 on the HI setting. Slight drip down the side of my tank. I keep mine on W1.
My power went out for about an hour last night.

It has been posted in the WP-40 section, but that does not seem to be the case on all of the pumps.

I've seen it 2-3 times but for the most part people have not been experiencing this.

I don't have my WP25's yet, they are on their way. But my WP40 doesn't have that problem and I haven't read about anybody else having that problem.
You sure your cat didn't step on the controller? :lol2:

Seriously though, has anybody else seen this issue? Steve, you beat me to this by seconds! So you have heard of this before?

Well it happened with mine last night. Kinda sucks for me because I travel alot and if that happens while I'm away, I will have water leaking.
No cats! lol. My controller is mounted against my wall...
Woke up this morning to all my clocks flashing. Thats how I know the power went out while I was sleeping.
