Jebao WP25 Information

How many of you heard of Sharkman Pumps which debuted in Nov 2012. Look at the specs and design of their Great White model. Do you think it is similar to WP25? From a Thailand Aquarium Products website, this was selling for $134 USD but out of stock.



Here are the specs and design of their Megalodon model. Very similar to WP40! At the Thailand online store, it was sold for $201 USD and available in stock


I think both Sharkman and WP40 and WP25 are made in the same factory. We just promoted the hack out of Jebao brand while Sharkman pumps were simply ignored. In fact Reef Builders has an article on Nov 12, 2012. Google Sharkman pumps and you will find out a lot more.
 
Looking at the Sharkman Great White model, I will bet WP25 will have the same specs: 8000LPH or 2100GPH! The Sharkman controller is very different from the Jebao controller so I think Jebao designed their own controller which I like better.
 
very interesting! looks identical to me so the 2100gph sounds like a good thing! I hope so as I'd prefer a couple of the wp 25's of 1-2 WP40 due to size. The WP 40 is rather large , but moves a ton of water!

Is it just out of stock or not released at all? If they were sold before and now out of stock. They might not be manufactured by Jebao. It is hard to believe that because Jebao's own WP25 hasn't passed qual yet.

BTW, that shark has man boobs.....:bigeyes:

I know one fact for sure, that Jebao manufactures their own pumps and WP25 is in production a few days ago.

I still have not heard back from Wynstan confirming some of the rumors about flow rate and other things.
As soon as I do I will update the thread.
