Jelly?, Octopus?, Other?? Please ID

I though this was hair algae at first, but when it grabbed a speck of shrimp meat, I knew something was up. It's too small to really see without the 150mm macro lens, but here is what I could get. You can see the speck of shrimp meat that it latched onto.

Maybe it's an anemone of some type?? One thing is for sure, that speck of food is WAY too big for it.

Can you take a picture without the shrimp meat. It's hard to tell. I would suspect a worm of some sort though.

The tentacles are all separate, and they join inside of a tiny hole in the live rock. If it's a worm, there are several of them. When I place a piece of food by one of the tentacles, all of the tentacles seem to know it's there.

It's a cirratulid or hair worm. They're harmless detritivores. All of the tentacles are from one worm.

Animal mother: spaghetti worm are a different family. This is a cirratulid aka hair worm (see Mike's post above).

Looks like a worm of some sort to me, too. Looks like greenbean got it.
