I though this was hair algae at first, but when it grabbed a speck of shrimp meat, I knew something was up. It's too small to really see without the 150mm macro lens, but here is what I could get. You can see the speck of shrimp meat that it latched onto.
The tentacles are all separate, and they join inside of a tiny hole in the live rock. If it's a worm, there are several of them. When I place a piece of food by one of the tentacles, all of the tentacles seem to know it's there.
