So who feeds the tank? or does jelliquarium do maintenance/feeding for you?

Me. I have brine hatcheries that I would use to grow brine shrimp. We did the Jellyfish for a couple years. Then switched to sea horses. Now we just have fish in it. It's much easier with fish! I got tired of raising the brine shrimp. Also, Jellyfish get costly and there are times when it's hard to get them. As such, having fish in our lobby tank was much easier to deal with.

how much are the cubic ones ?

do they connect to sump ?

how much do those jellyfish go for ? moon jellyfish I think they are ?

From what I have heard this is the best place to get jellyfish in the US: http://www.pbnjellies.com/
Its run by a guy from Monterey Bay aquarium who is considered a bit of a guru.

The cubic tank has connectors that allow it to be connected to a chiller or external filter/reactor.

I spoke with him before. Hes a pretty nice person. IIRC he is a curator or something that maintains the Monteray Bay Aquarium Jellyfish./

Anyone know where I could get jellyfish other than moon jellies in the US? I'm thinking either blue blubber jellyfish (Catostylus mosaicus) or spotted lagoon jellies (Mastigias papua).

I get that kriesels are the norm- but is there any success with taking a regular square tank and forcing flow evenly from the bottom? Is that how the eon and other cube tanks function?

I think the Eon pushes water down the back wall from the top whilst the Cubic pushes water along the bottom of the tank to give you your circular flow. Both design seem to work well and keep food and jellies from settling on the bottom of the tank.

Jellyfish : Cubic Pulse 160 Problems

Jellyfish : Cubic Pulse 160 Problems

I recently setup my Cubic Pulse 160 Jellyfish aquarium and have 3 happy Moon Jellies. I am having some problems with my tank. I am getting air bubbles in the tank all the time and have to constantly mess with the flow valves.

It seems impossible to balance them out to remove bubbles for an extended period of time. As soon as we get it balanced out, a few minutes later it's bubbling again. I can't leave the tank alone or else it will bubble out of control and fill my jellies up with air.

- Has anyone had this issue?
- Is there something wrong with my tank?
- Is there anyone who may be willing to help me resolve this?
