Just found a set of 6101s on here, lets see how this goes. I can always tell the friend nix the 6080s. The controllable 6101s would be a nice upgrade from 6080s...

Yeah, Im pretty much decided on that octo 250 pro from the great guys at reef specialty lol. Seems like the best skimmer without going over that $600 mark.

I'm not sure what they are running, but if you might want to checkout the reeflo 200. I know it is probaly more then you want to spend, but I really beleive in getting the best skimmer you can possibly afford.

Lol. I saw the Reeflo, and that was an option at one point. but I really cant afford that. Im stretching it reaching for the Octo 250. I think thats what Im going wit =)

I woulda taken that Rs250 for $400 with your mod, but I think Id rather pay a little more for the octo pro new than a used rs2500 for $400-$500. We will just see, and maybe a deal comes up =)
