I would have it under full light but off to the side. As it colors, slowly move it into the middle. Don't expect anything but brown to start. That will show the start of a new algae population. It is going to be slow, but very worth it. Some of my rescues are some of my best looking corals and the ones I am most proud of. Lots of TLC

In my experience birdsnest frags do not turn brown after bleaching. They usually go from white to a pale version of the original color then fairly quickly regain its original color. Acros will turn brown like you described though. Or maybe I am wrong and its been to long since i have been keeping a birdsnest :)

Looks good. Of all the bn I have, the bop was the slowest to get started, but now it's just as big as the others! Cool thread!

Is yours more yellow or green on the skin? I have seen some that are quite yellow, yet mine is a vivid green with purple polyps.

Thanks everyone!
Looking at it everyday i do not see the growth..coming back to this thread reminds me how far this bop has come. In the last few months it realy has taken off.:D
It is more green than yellow. I can not capture the color with just my phone.

Even after a battle with a bubble tip anemone..its still growing great!

Very true on both. The death of the watch is near unless it gets a touch screen.

Nice recovery on the BOP! I will from here refer to mine as the BOP.
