joyfish fish store review

It may be easier for me to get back in the hobby now that there is a store a mere half hour away! My tank is still fishless
What I really need is a heater.

Wanted to let everyone know that the Jofish guys are the dudes who maintained my tank while I was deployed through 2008. Excellent job and Ron is a great guy who helped me out in emergencies. I will definitely do business with them and will likely have them set up my new 210+. By all means, stop by!

I second Rob's post.

In the past couple of days I have been in three times and have bought some hermits an emerald crab and a T5 system for my new tank. Thay have great prices and are reading our posts and are making lists of what we want and what they can get. I know they will have reef nutrition soon. They are very receptive to a reef club meeting and we have talked about setting up a tank for the club to put frags in and try to make some $. We just need to come up with some specs.

My only negative is that when I go in I usually spend a couple hours just talking reefing and tanks with them. :dance: Obviously getting me in trouble with my wife. (jk as she actually bought the light without me!

I visited Jofish earlier today and spoke with Joe I believe his name was (I confess I am bad with names). He was very nice and very receptive to the club visiting the store. I have arranged for our next meeting to be there and will be posting about that soon.

as of now i am really low on my livestock.as boxes come in fish go out so we are playing catchup my coral flats are pretty much cycled so i will be filling them as quickly as possible.

transhipped peppermint shrimp from Florida? I think you're confusing the term tranship with wholesaler as transhipped means it's imported from out of the country and to my knowledge all pep's are from the US (well some from Haiti but those aren't the species we want).

I'm sure you r right i'm sorry i misspoke (typed) I've got a number of orders that go out every week as is the case in any bussiness both livestock and dry goods and when i looked at my product sheets to see if peps were on it the trans ship list was on top.Keep in mind im looking over nine different lists as i sit.So as to make no futher confusion they will be arriving in a styrofoam box hopefully tuesday afternoon.btw some transhippers rewater/o2 their goods in florida and/or L.A. I hope you all had a great holliday and look forward to the new year.
