I think you should put a seperate return pump on each return line you have.

My new build was 75% exactly what you have except for the lighting. You have given me some excellent ideas, especially the manifold. I flirted with the idea of Coralvue ballasts and Reeflux bulbs about a year ago but just ended changing the bulbs from 14K Hamilton to 10K Ushio. hmm, i'll have to check them out...those lps look sweet, the chicago store in brookfield that is removed is the only place local I've seen that type of stuff.
