JR Toth - Always Great Customer Service

Hello,

I have had to call EcoTech's customer service team three times within the past two months. Two times for a faulty Radion, and a third time today for a VorTech wiring issue, which was my fault. I had a replacement Radion and am now getting a replacement VorTech dry side.

JR has taken care of me multiple times with satisfactory resolutions and always great customer service. If I could call and request him every time, then it would be a no-brainer. I've heard and read stories about how poorly some experiences went with other hobbyists and customer service, but I can fortunately say that my experiences have been nothing short of great!

Hey EcoTech, do what you can to keep JR! He's an asset to your team!
