jumbo nassarius reef safe?

Dr. ron alway clarified there were differences between the traditional nassarius (good sand stirrers) and whelks.

Now there's these Jumbo or Elephant Nassarius snails. Are these OK - just larger versions?

Jumbo or Elephant Nassarius snails

Not quite sure waht these are. Are they the same Tongan Nassarius? If so then they should be okay. Otherwise they may be a predatory type whelk and not reef safe.

There are people selling all sorts of snails as different types of Nassarius these days, and a few of them aren't good tankmates. Without having a picture of the snail, it's hard say whether or not they're really Nassarius, in which case they should be fine.
