Why not have a frag and or used equipment auction. I have a friend thats an auctioneer and he said he would be interested in doing it. Sellers could make money off the stuff they sell and the club could make money with a buyer's/seller's premium and/or concessions. As much stuff as reefer's have laying around collecting dust, a once a year auction would be a good way to clean-up and make a little extra cash at the same time. Not to mention how fun auctions can be!

Most times they get a commision for what they sell, And that is easy to do on here or to your reef friends. That is all I'm saying, If you want to set up an auction go for it!

Let's just say you had 15 frags of 1 kind, and 1 sells for 8 bucks, then you could decide if you wanted to pass them out or sell just the 1 at that price. So you could possibly sell all your frags at 1 time for $120. And box deals would be a good way to get rid of junk that other people need.

Only 2 people showed up. Not much came out of the meet for swap Just fish mush. I gave Mel Sunday at rhetts what was left but wasn't much.I'm gettin some 3x5 card for fliers easy to just put in your pocket.
I think we should just make a thread about how to promo the frag swap. And how to get people to come to the swap.
Hop more show up to mels.

Sorry I miss this part. It's Justin Andy Leah and myself. I know Andy and Leah are traveling Alot for work that's why they haven't been on the forums.
