just some ZOAs- how important is it I be home for the delivery? I realize the sooner the better on getting the items in my tank. Just curious if I need to suddenly get sick Tuesday lol

Also acclimation plan - float for 30, and then revive in the shipped water for 5 minutes. Then in the tank.

IMO, I would be there as soon as they arrive as it is hotter during the day now, especially if they are sitting directly in the sun on your porch. Second, I like your acclimation plan except for the "then in the tank" part. Coming from a online vendor that you have no way of knowing if those corals have been in a tank with fish or inverts which can possibly bring disease into your tank. It is recommended that you quarantine everything "wet" meaning corals, fish, and inverts (in my case even live rock that I get out of tanks). When I order online I quarantine corals for at least 72 days in a observation tank along with 3-4 dips along the way. I usually don't do this when I purchased corals from my LFS as they keep their corals by themselves in their own tank/pond. Hope this helps, good luck on your new corals and enjoy.

ugh - you are right about quarantine I assumed the risk wasn't there, but the anything wet makes sense. I don't have answer for quarantine right now just have to risk it and have the setup next time.

From what I've read, QT for zoas are especially important since dipping won't kill the eggs that are laid. QT will give them time to hatch so you can deal with them

Very important that you are home to accept delivery. Not only do you not want them baking on your front door step, but will also likely void any "arrive alive" guarantee that you have with the online vendor. With many vendors, dipping also voids the guarantee. Recommend QT and maybe dip down the road before they go into your DT.
