Finished the test bottle and MAN was it good. 05 red Zin called Randyzin from a very small winery in Napa. Feelin good time to go look at the tank LOL

I've got a bottle of 03 zinfandel randyzin from harvest moon, still uncorked haven't found the right occasion to open it yet...

Special occasion? Wine should be enjoyed because your alive. Sun is shiming, birds are singing, leaves are changing, just because.

If you die tomorrow that "right time" is never there. Use the good china all the time, drink the good wine just because, and enjoy the day.
