Just got my 6110

Ok I'm putting it together but I did not recieve the swivel arm . So I have no way to use it. Do I contact you or Tunze or Marine depot which I bought it from to get the part ??

WOW this thing really puts out some water!! I need to redo my tank so that I dont have a sand storm.

Try back corner to opposite front corner and possibly a small live rock island as an obstruction . Generally solves most sand problems. Be sure and clean the pump afterwards if you end up with a sand storm. The fine sand when combined with calcium can really jam up the pump over time.
