What do you mean? In what way? It also acts like a timer if that's what you mean.

Can you connect it to a computer such as the Apex? And have the Apex control lamps to do sunset/sunrise or various other levels of light.

Marvin, is this possible with T5 lamps at all? I didn't think it was. I didn't think T5 bulbs were dimmable????

The fixture it's dimmable, it has 10 control setting. I don't know if you can connect it to a computer, I don't think so because it has no output anywhere. But why should you need to, the fixture has ability to do all of that on its own.

There are 2 dimmable T5 models from ATI. One has its own controller, the other can be controlled via computer (eg Apex). Not sure if you need the additional module to run it or not. His model is not controllable via computer, as it has its own.

That's pretty cool. I had no idea t5 bulbs were dimmable.

I imagine that has to affect the life of the bulb with extensive use pretty significantly though.

By the way, tank looks awesome with those lights.
