I ordered two things and I just opened the box. I ordered a Phoenix 14 K 150 watt DE bulb and I got a Hexarc blue 14 K bulb, is this the same bulb maybe the generic brand not sure. thanks in advance

Hello Moondoggy4,

Yes, they are the same. Hexarc Blue is the name of the bulb and Phoenix Electric Company is the name of the manufacturer.

Please take a look at this thread on RC http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1703666, and there are several others. You will be able to see the "Made in Japan" text on the box and "Phoenix Electric Company" printed underneath it. I hope this helps!
