I just recieved 4-48" pc light fixtures shipped ups and when arrived all but 4 bulbs were broke now I have to wait till they come back to pick up and take back to ups office to inspect fixtures. That's hard to believe 12 out of 16 broke anyway does anyone know how the claim process goes with ups I'm in the dark someone ease my mind.

I have had UPS cover a broken shipment with no trouble at all except for the fact that it takes a little while. I think it was a few weeks to actually get my money back.

yes had insurance on it and the UPS place even packed it with bubble wrap and shipping peanuts where the bulbs were broke was in the middle toward the end of all bulbs. I don't have weeks I'm trying to build a 300 gallon tank in wall unit and these light were the last item to complet the canopy. what will they do replace the light fixtures or try to buy bulbs? Or will they try to settle with me on the product.

No telling, the wheels of the UPS insurance are mysterious. Maybe they'll give you a choice. Good luck with it, hopefully it won't take that long.
